On completion of this form you will be taken to a secure page where your entry fee will be collected via PayPal; you do not need a PayPal account to use this, as it accepts credit/debit cards also. Entries unaccompanied by the entry fee will be rejected. If you prefer to pay by check, please print the PDF application form and mail your entry in the usual way.
Submitting this form implies acceptance of terms and conditions of entry.
One entry per form, please. Please upload your entry in MS Word or RTF formats.
Entries must be received by June 5th 2006. Entry is only guaranteed to the first 150 entries received - subsequent entries accepted subject to judge availability.

I certify that this is my original work and that, at the time of submission, it has not been accepted for publication.
I have read and understand the rules of the Northwest Houston RWA Lone Star Writing Competition. I realize that contest judging is, by its nature, subjective, and that I may receive feedback from contest judges with which I do not agree.
Accordingly, I will accept and abide by the decisions of any judge and/or contest officials regarding finalists or winners for the contest. In consideration of the Chapter’s acceptance of my entry, I agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless its officers, members and all judges of the contest from liability for its/their actions arising from, or relating to, judging and handling of my entry, and conducting, sponsoring and advertising the contest.
